Can someone help me with a gif?

I asked in another thread but apparently it was wrong because my post was deleted. I've made a gif that's only about 8 seconds long, and meets the height requirements of the site, but its still too big for an avatar. I've seen several that look longer than this here, and I'm trying to find figure out how to get it smaller in size. This is the gif:

cropped it, cut out some frames, sped it up and lowered it's quality to get it to 106 kb. That's down from 360 kb. Might need a mod to clear it for you to be able to use it. There are quite of a few people with 100+ kb avys on here. I assume that's how they're able to use it.
