A super being sued. Well I would think that one of the major reasons for a secret identity. Keeps people off of you.
Can superheroes( those registered under the SHRA) be sued?

Yes, but what about "out" heroes such as Iron Man, Wonder Man, Black Panther, Wasp, FF?
As for what about heroes might be sued for- how about unnecessary force, reckless endangerment, unlawful trespass( how many times have we seen Spidey, DD or Wolverine enter a private dwelling without explicit permission of the resident- were they police or FBI/DEA agents anything they found would be excluded as "fruits of the poisonous tree"( illegal search and seizure), property damage and divers issues!

Clearly he's not, 'cause he's starring in The Last Defenders. Unless you mean the Squadron Supreme version. He is indeed dead.
