It looks like just a DWI, not a terrorist attack.

I honestly thought it was a lone-wolf terrorist. With Times Square traffic what it is, I can't imagine that an intoxicated person could build up enough momentum to accidentally run people over. But here it is I guess.

The driver, a 26-year-old man from the Bronx has two prior DWIs, according to the NYPD.

Dude should have already been locked up!
Jail time and revoking license is never enough, after two DWIs there should be some kind of implant where their freakin head explodes if they turn over the ignition of a vehicle.

Witnesses now reporting this POS was fleeing from the scene.
It took civilians to bring him down and hold him for the police.

Ugh, now I get reminded once again what happened recently in Stockholm, with 5 dead and over 20 injured.. But a good thing he got caught
