the guys gonna be in costume and makeup its not like you need some huge guy to play sinister. just the voice and someone to play him when he was human. curry would be good for the human essex, then you can either dress him up and put the white makeup on him in a bulkier suit or use another actors body while you use his voice. curry could also be the person sinister turns into when he wants to blend in or spy on people. curry plays good creepy characters.

I see Patrick Wilson more as Cyclops. He's kind of lanky-looking. Even without the blue fur, Beast should have a teddy-bear like physique and quality. I say Mark Ruffalo for Beast.
