Get him on the Corenswet Workout Plan:

I’ve been bouncing all around when it comes to who should play Wonder Woman, and this being the 25th anniversary of X-Men has me coming around to…

Complete and total unknown. 2000-era Jackman levels of pulled from obscurity. Not even someone with some TV work and a semi-popular horror movie like Corenswet. I don’t want to have seen her face until her casting is announced.

But bear in mind that this will probably have changed by this time next week. :o

Maybeee, but Superman wasn’t just 20 & 30-year olds. Two of our Lanterns are in their late 50s!

I don’t think they’re old enough, tbh. Ben Schwartz is two years older than Steven Yeun and he was born for Plastic Man. :o
Are we going for this kind of Plastic Man?

You get that evil out of here, Adler. :o

I mean, why can’t Plastic Man be in his 40s? We might get a movie for him someday, but I doubt it becomes a full-blown trilogy or epic saga—nor do I really want that, honestly. Maybe he pops up in a Justice League flick. Or a fun cameo here & there. Better yet, give him an animated series. Then who cares how old he is?

I get the need for strategic casting when it comes to the Trinity, sidekicks, and some
JL’ers— but 3/4 of our current Justice Gang characters are over 40, so I don’t think that needs to be a dealbreaker in the DCU. I wasn’t watching any of those actors in Superman thinking “oh, that’s the old one.”

Ben Schwartz - Plastic Man
Javier Bardem - Vandal Savage

Joe Anderson - John Constantine

Marisa Abela - Zatanna

Charlie Heaton - Anarky
Sam Palladio - Mister Miracle
