I don't know the actor and haven't seen the show but I guessed that is where he was from. Because apparently I blinked and suddenly there's a new cultural phenomenon happening. It's like Game of Thrones all over again. Except instead of incest and dragons it's gay hockey players. (And possibly dragons. Like I said, I haven't seen the show.)
