The Dark Knight Casting Time table for Batman Begins?

I was just wondering if anybody remembered when cast members were announced for Batman Begins so that we might have an idea of when we should expect to hear more of who will be in The Dark Knight.

I remember Bale was announced in September and Michael Caine in Oct/Nov. But beyond that I don't remember.

Anyone else remember?

Tuesday, February 24, 2004: Ken Watanabe announced as Ra's al Ghul
Wednesday, March 3, 2004: Gary Oldman announced as Sergeant James Gordon

**I can't find the EXACT date that Holmes was announced as Rachel Dawes. BOF reported on December 10th that she was in deep talks for the part.

I suppose WB booked Ledger early so they wouldn't have to worry about possible conflicting projects.

I'd say Harvey Dent will be announced in October.

about half the cast was announced before 2003 was over

here's hoping that we get to hear who'll be Dent before the year is out.
