Not personally but my parents used to occasionally.

They would die a quick death in my Father's rubbish bin.

Over the years, many, but they seem to have phased out some time ago as I haven’t had one in quite a while - maybe my contact list is simply too small for them, or those I am associated with are intelligent and sophisticated enough not to waste time with them.

Physical ones, a few, many years ago. Always had a good laugh at them then threw them away. Maybe that's why they stopped sending them to me...
