Characters that likely won't appear in film or television

What Marvel characters do you think will not appear on film or television?

I think a "true to the comics" version of Mandarin is really unlikely. I think the "Hail to the king short was just a way who were unhappy about the Iron Man 3 twist, but Marvel is not going to risk losing access to the Chinese market by having the Mandarin appear in a film, just to appease a few fans. Mandarin seems like one of those characters that is dated in the worst way.

It also seems unlikely that really lame villains like Stilt-Man would show up (he is lame and expensive).

I like this topic. I think it has to do with characters who haven't been melded into the current MCU all that much (more part of the fold during a certain era that creators haven't been assigned to mold into the current promotional meld), have rights issues, or name similarity issues.

I'll start things off with:
*Characters appearing in the early days of Marvel comics such as Dr. Droom or ones that may have rights issues attached such as Kazar

*Characters introduced in the spiderman comics in the mid to late 90's such as ben reilly (or any of his supporting cast like Seward Trainer or his villainous daughter), kane, Stunner, Delilah, Black Tarantula to name a few

*Some characters popular in the 80's but since surplanted by other similar characters such as Silver Sable and the Wild Pack

*Characters with same or similar sounding names to a primary one like Spiderwoman (if she does appear it'll more than likely be Jessica Drew no Julia Carpenter), She-Hulk, or Monica Rambeau as Captain Marvel (or for that matter any of the male captain Marvels except maybe someone who passes on the powers to Carol), or alternate versions all together from a dated attempt (such as MC2 Characters)

*Namor (especially not Namorita)

The Sentry. He's my favourite character but I doubt that he'll appear. Powers too similar to Superman to put on film, not very well known, and his story would have to weave in and out of other characters' stories like in his original mini series to be any good. Highly doubt we'll ever see him.

While I doubt some joke characters like Frog-Man will make it, I think it's hard to put a guarantee on anyone. Who honestly thought we'd see Rocket Raccoon, the Inhumans, Jessica Jones, etc make it too live action?
