Chicago nightclub/bar possibly sued for racial clothing discrimination?

I heard about this on NPR. I would've liked to see the black kids go back dressed in whatever the white kid was wearing to see if they still wouldn't be allowed in. Either way though it seems like this place has some race issues.

That is stupid, clothing doesn't have a race. I heard about this, they will have to prove that no other black person was inside the club.

You know that'll never happen, right? Places like that keep "token" black people for a reason. A lot of times they keep a certain percentage of black people for just that reason. It doesn't make them any less racist just because black people got in, it just means that the case is difficult to prove.
