so I just saw the film, and unlike Teekay I can quote dialogue!
so I just saw the film, and unlike Teekay I can quote dialogue!

"You're the bravest kid I've ever seen" Spidey to the little kid at the end
"There's crime in england... Jack the ripper. *beat* They never caught him you know"
"She knows my name!" Max in elevator re. Gwen
"Happy birthday" Smythe to Max

Teekay never saw the film early. He said that spider-man throws a car and billboards at electro during the times square fight and did not throw a fire hydrant.
the exact opposite is true.
He said that the big shockwave out of the billboard was in response to spider-man hitting max with the hose, causing electricity to spark out.
Nope. The hose thing happens after the shockwave.
Said that Harry needs spider-man's blood to cure Norman. Nope, it is to cure himself. There is no way it was ever intended otherwise, as that is Harry's entire arc. It is literally only about him trying to safe himself.
Said that spider-man fights harry after gwen dies. Nope. Harry gets knocked out incidentally (not by spider-man) and gwen falls down. The next we see of harry he is in prison.
Said that the girl in the leaked storyboard was felicity jones character. Nope. Her and harry first meet when he is back in new york. She was Norman's assistant. She was therefore never in Monaco with Harry.
Said there were numerous uncle ben flashbacks / visions. Nope. Not one. Well, not one if you dont include the recreation of the scene Peter's parents leave in in tasm1. It could very well have been tasm1 footage repurposed. You never see Sheen's face.
Gwen's death is completely different to how he described. People may say "oh different cut", but I doubt it after all the other stuff that does not add up. Anyway, goblin does not snap her neck superman-zod style.
He said harry becomes corrupted and almost addicted to the serum. Nope. No addiction. The only thing he takes is at the very end. Teekay is implying he took the stuff throughout the film, ie. he had withdrawals and wanted more serum; hence addicted.
BUT the whole drive of harry's dilemma is lack of access to stuff. He only finally gets access to this spider venom stuff near the end. There is no way he was taking anything else earlier. Literally no way.
Man in the shadows whistles in the scene where he walks past the chambers. Nope.
He said two diff electro fights happened when I cited this magazine that contradicted his account. He also said he saw electro get dumped into the ocean after he is overcharged. Nope. And why would that ever have been needed? Silly imagery aside, HE BLEW UP! No body to dump. But people who make things up / connect inside info to make bigger accounts make these kinds of mistakes

I respond that he must fix it at one point because he is seen using both webshooters in the new years eve times square video
Not wanting to explain how and when it happens, and likely because he has backed himself into a corner via his lie, Teekay then reveals that he went to the bathroom during the times square fight.
I am sorry, but any spider-man fan would know that this is BS. You would never leave mid-fight scene, ESPECIALLY when you are so keen to watch tasm2 and are lucky enough to see it early. Teekay justified himself, saying he was busting, but then why didnt he excuse himself earlier? You know, like during a preceding scene that was not an action sequence? Dumb.
Also, he would have missed the whole fight if he went to the bathroom after the shooters got overloaded. The times square fight is very short. We have seen 90% of it.
Asked him about felicity jones and could not just state her name is Felicia. Why? It's clearly known in the movie.
Said it went for more or less the same time as the final cut, yet he also saw a bunch of scenes that didnt make it into the final version. Does not add up.
