Problematic but not impossible.I don't think you know what I mean when I say "inbreed". I don't mean it in the sense of dog breeds or cat breeds (although particularly pure breeds are known to have more genetic and health problems than mixes/mutts), but rather in terms of direct lineage and generation. More along the lines of incest, for example.
Considering their genes would be pretty much identical, yes - it would be quite problematic.
Reasearches can go in a remove or alter the Genitic code that would cause a problem in the inbreeding.
If not they will probibly just continue trying until they find a right match.
Unfortuantly at the expense of the animal.
