Civil War Confusion

Hey, I know this post is very newbie-ish of me, but I can't figure it out on my own.

See, my local library rarely gets the new comics until ages after they come out, so I decided I'd fianlly go out and no longer rely on my library's service... but since I'm a bit behind, I'm confused.

I know that the Civil War ties in all the Marvel World characters and what not. So if each character has his series going on, what is 'Civil War Front Line?' I know I should probably know this, but I'm beyond confused. Any help regarding the way the Civil War is printed wuold be very much apreciated.

Thanks for any help, and I apologize for this question which probably has a simple answer.

its like the newpaper about whats going on in the civil war. it has its own story also about speed ball and whats going to happen to him its a good read

It's got like 4 different stories in it. One about the main people, one about Speedball, then theres that weirdass recap type of thing from centirues ago and current...No idea what the hell that's about.

it's supposed to be parallels between things that happened in history and things that are happening in the civil war...the whole if you dont learn from history you're doomed to repeat it thing
