It got considerably better throughout what they showed and I think it will have made it from obscurity to making it on to people’s wishlists just from what they showed, and reception on numerous showcase reactions and forums seems to be very positive. Looking to give this a shot as its on game pass no reason not to. Turn based was not really my thing but after BG3 I can see the up sides now plus from what I hear this has some interesting combat mechanics that make it not completely turn based alone.

Honestly, yeah. I agreed not wanting something generic, but simplicity can be golden. Doom, Halo, Dark Souls, etc. I feel like the biggest issue is it's way too wordy. I started playing it and I feel like Expedition 33 on it's own would've been perfect.
