Coke Zero: Is it Cancerous?

I feel embaressed about asking this. But I've heard that Diet Coke is considered to cause people to be more cancer-prone. Is Coke Zero the same? In that it could lead to cancer? Or is it different? Or it is all just a myth?

Yes, I'm paranoid. But, it's kept me alive so far.

Reason for question: Ordered four bottles of Coke from Dominos, to put in refrigerator for another time, and they brought Coke Zero instead.

Just live life assuming everything causes cancer...that way nothing can sneak up on you.

The artificial sweeteners in both products are linked to cancer in male rats that are given 10% of their body weight in it. Cokes are bad period, diet or regular as they both have their fall backs. Regular cokes will make you fat and diet cokes may give you cancer. But once again, that is if you drink 10% of your body weight in the volatile constituents which is impossible anyways. No one has gotten cancer from it ever so you are fine.

In recent news, Diet Coke was found to actually make you healthier by adding the heart.
