Cop caught planting evidence

I read that on yahoo or something the other day. It's not actually being planted, it's only a portion of the video. The part they aren't showing is the beginning where he actually pulls it out of the car and puts it in his pocket, which apparently is procedure in some states? But yea that wasn't actually him planting evidence.

Do you have a link to this?

i usually find that when there is a video of someone acting improperly its usually not the whole video

Cop caught planting evidence on his own dashboard camera

Wooooow

How often does this go on?

First off, if the cop did do something illegal or against procedure, he should be punished appropriately.

Secondly, the people on the video pissed me off pretty bad with their comments throughout the whole thing. They clearly are idiots and since I dont know who they are exactly, I will presume (safely, I believe) that they arent ACTUAL news reporters.

This happens WAY to much! It's pretty common.

Come on man. I seriusly hope that you dont believe that. I am not saying that it doesnt happen, but its not "pretty common."

I'd like if they'd release the full video rather than rely on an internal investigation.

actually Id rather the investigations instead.

an internal investigation and one by the FBI would no doubt involve professionals who have experience with this sort of thing.

releasing the video online means this police officer will be judged by people who's only experience with police procedure is CSI

Looks like this one is....

*takes off sunglasses*

in the bag.

YYYYEEEAAAAAHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!

Did the cop know there was a video camera.......in his own car.....?

Chances are he did.

You can edit anything to make it fit your message, just as Dwayne Stump can tell you.

Without being able to see the officer pull over the car, walk up to it, and start investigating, all you see is what the people "reporting" want you to see.

Like Mel Gibson....they omitted the part where the cop asks him to perform a scene from an upcoming movie in which he plays a Nazi....and it makes him look like a bigot. I mean really....

Awe, now Tak isn't gonna get to see The Hobbit.:csad:

Why did the cop put drugs in his pocket instead of the hood of the car.

DBryan believing an edited video!? This never happens.

Why did the cop put drugs in his pocket instead of the hood of the car.

as was mentioned cops usually put found drugs to maintain control while they continue to search
