Here is another insane idea I will throw out there for unadulterated fun.
Relax, it's just to have fun & when crazy ideas hit me I just run with it.
Zombie : is a fictional undead being created through the reanimation of a human corpse by witchcraft or an uncontrolled scientific means.
What if the existence of the zombies in the Walking Dead were directly linked to Jason from Friday the 13th?
Jason being the supreme or king zombie himself.
We do not know exactly how or where he gets his supernatural power(s) from.
Or Even why?
Maybe all the victim's souls he has slain over the years, were not allowed to pass on but instead were tarnished by him & now anchored by Jason's inherent evil.
Now all the zombies rise up & are driven to further carry on Jason's blood lust.
