Take this with a grain of salt, just a strange idea I came up with to make a interesting action movie using child's story.
The movie introduces Ted (Yellow Man) Shackleforn who works for the black market in capturing and selling rare animals around the world and shipping them to buyers who pay the most. He created a full yellow costume with hat and mask and banana weapons, hand combat, guns, etc to do what is needed and break laws. When he traps the animals, he brings them to his home in Africa to inject them with mini unit under the skin that details important and illegal information for the buyers. Ted is also a villain criminal that is persued by a officer named Paxtin that knows what he does. When he finds George, a silver rare monkey he does the same but George escapes and there is a hunt for him through the cities, fighting cops and people along the way before the officer finds this in the skin. It takes him from Africa to USA using hacking skills to find this monkey which at the end comes to like and saves him from the black market sale.
It's strange but could be a good action film, let me know what you think or add to it, manips, cast, etc.
