Custom Paint MM Joker

I finally found a MM joker today. And I think it has the wave 2 surprised look, but the wave 1 mouth thing where it goes up a bit near his nose, or whatever not important.

I want to repaint his mouth to where it has the thicker movie look, and maybe repaint the eyes. Anyone have any suggestions for a first timer? I'm not that good with paint btw.

i'd paint over the forehead with skin color paint and dry brush over that with white to make it look all rough, just an idea
