Part of me wonders if he did have a Hal Jordan cameo, got too wordy and Snyder and WB cut him because he breached contract and was proving too big for his britches for an unknown.

In all honesty, if I were Snyder and I had planned it for a surprise and the actor ruined it, I'd be spiteful enough to cut him completely.

He's a nobody, a nothing actor. Ezra Miller is a great talent and Ray Fisher is from theater background. This dude usually played Thug #2 and Cleaner #3.

What'd you think of the movie Rows?

However, having had a little more time to think about it, I've gone from "kinda liked it" to "it sucked." My biggest gripe is the treatment of Superman. I've defended this movie for the past three years because I believed that they weren't going to just let Batman hijack Superman's franchise. Yet, that's exactly what they did. I feel like Cavill and Adams are the best parts of this series, and they're just wasting them because Snyder can't figure out how to make them "darker."

Superman pulls a drone out of the sky in Man of Steel, and then destroys another one in the BvC UC. There's thematic consistency there between the two movies, and maybe a message being communicated. Drones are bad, yo.
