About to listen to the album.
Her duet with Ariana Grande is amazing and should be the next single. The fact she was sexually assaulted during Camp Rock was an eye opener for me too. It makes me wonder who it was and makes me re-evaluate her recent fallout with Selena and the Jonas Brothers.Haven’t listened to the whole album yet, but the title track and Anyone are amazing. I just finished the documentary. My God. I was always a fan but watching that made me love Demi even more. I hope she doesn’t relapse again. I’m seriously afraid for her, especially since she’s doing the whole moderation thing and because even her best friends admit she’s an excellent liar.
I don’t know enough about addiction to say whether moderation can work. I know some addicts say it doesn’t (Elton John says it point blank in the documentary, and he certainly can relate to a lot of what Demi has gone through). Though it may be true that it can work for some addicts. Since that’s what she’s doing, then I hope it does work. But I worry about her future, especially given some of the revelations she made in the documentary, like doing heroin not long after the overdose.

I've seen addiction in my job and personal life to know... Moderation doesn't work if you have an addictive personality. It sounds like she's in denial about that part of her and is trying to see if she really is an addict. It's why I do push a support system like NA/AA on people who think they have a problem and rehab if they hit rock bottom.
