If this is the deleted scene involving [BLACKOUT]Richard Parker being alive[/BLACKOUT], then I certainly have an opinion about it:

I dislike TASM2. I never thought the movie could be worse in my eyes, but after seeing that deleted scene, I found out I was wrong: It actually could have been worse.

It was actually a smart move on Sony's part to cut this scene out.

Yep, the scene is awful. It makes everything so false. He hopes that his father is man of fate. And after Gwen dies he decided to appear... They are sitting and talking. And it seems for Peter it's ok. 2 hours of drama and *TARABOOM* - movie sux. Thanks God they deleted this scene

Hope that when the BluRay comes out some fans can splice the (good) HD deleted scenes into a sort of Fan Cut of the movie. This scene was too good not to be included in SOME cut of the movie. The nuances in Harry's character is really brought out and adds a layer of foreshadowing (not to mention explanation) to the goblin suit.

It maybe stupid reason, but i think with these scenes it was supposed to be the alternative death of Gwen cause of music. You can hear with his transformation and Menken killing. And interesting is that Menken's death was likely the clock tower scene. So now, with all the drama that we've got i think the final product is better! I'm only dissapointed with post-credit scene. But even in this case i think they deleted it cause of late production of TASM 3... Maybe Cooper won't play this character so late

I think it would'be been more relevant if we saw Harry looking into the glass and seeing his face, even if it was straight after he transforms (theres glass everywhere in the sinister 6 chamber) or maybe even when he goes to Spider-Man he see's his face in the glass on the bottom floor of the clocktower before proceeding to taking Gwen.
