Disturbing trend known as "stealthing" on the rise

Humanity. Our ego gets bigger but our IQ smaller. :o

Just more to consider when deciding on sexual partners. One with legit consequences.

Interesting choice of word. I haven't done this kind of stealthing before.

What is it with the rise in this extreme machismo BS the last 10 years? MRAs, PUAs, red pill dip****s, now these aholes.

Are they only doing this to drunk or drugged women? There is no way I could get a condom off mid coitus without a conscious sober girl noticing. And I assume women can feel the difference between condom sex and au natural. Thats what Ive been told unless the girls were lying to me. You'd think theyd realize that there is suddenly no latex down there.

Furthermore how much of a weird ******* do you have to be to be in the middle of sex and think, "Im going to attempt to sneakily slip this condom off and continie to **** her without her knowing the condom is gone." Call me crazy, but my brain doesnt work that way during sex.

I just...this **** makes zero ****ing sense.

Frat boy hijinx. You would be astounded at the stupid **** us dudes from age 13-30 do that we view as cool.

So they decide to do this while date raping?

This is disgusting but I'd hardly call it a trend because a few *****ebags are bragging about it online.

EDIT: I didn't see the part about the rape hotline. Still, I doubt this is a new practice.

I've had a condom break on two occasions and neither I or my partner realized it until we were done.

I doubt there's been a rise. Awful guys that treat woman like **** have always existed.

The study concludes existing laws don't specifically cover stealthing, despite the heightened risk of pregnancy and even public health risk associated with spreading sexually transmitted diseases.

Brodsky concludes that new protections should be in place for those who are victims of the practice.

"Ultimately, a new tort for “stealthing” is necessary both to provide victims with a more viable cause of action and to reflect better the harms wrought by nonconsensual condom removal," she said in the paper.

I'm no expert but I'm pretty sure this can be filed as a sexual crime. There's no use making a law about this because nobody can prove whether the protection less sex was consensual or not.

We are one day closer to the reality of Chappelle's sex contract.

Disgusting. Think it's something meninist or anti-"SJW" type people would do, it reeks of a need to degrade women and "take the power back".

No, I think this is a waaaay more specific subset of people. There are anti-social and psychopathic tendencies here, and mass delusion.

Heres how I view it. If you deliberately poke a hole in a condom, tear a condom, or remove a condom you are knowingly exposing a person to potential STD's, STI'S, and pregnancy and that should be a sexual crime. As far as I know, if you have an STD and knowingly have sex with a person and infect them that is a crime. To me, this condom thing is no different. You are putting a person at risk and there is clear malicious intent involved. The issue is proving that there was deliberate malicious intent. Thankfully these halfwits are bragging about it so it should be easy to prove that they had malicious intent.

I am trying to consider how different this is from the practice of trying to get a partner pregnant. Holes in the condom definitely isn't new.

How many "bragging" online probably actually did? This feels like something a bunch of idiots would post about doing to make them seem "manly".

That's a good point. A lot of these people probably couldn't even approach a girl, let alone "stealth" them.

I find this much like other such claims: Overblown and exaggerated, not to mention hard to prove it is an actual trend and not a few one offs that have been going on since the condom was invented.

The concept itself is not new and the original source is what... some social media claims turned into a study? It's lazy journalism combined with a clickbait title and story that probably was not actually a trend until they sensationalized it.

While I have no doubt this does happen (as I said, it likely has been since the concept of the condom itself was created), calling it a "trend" is only encouraging it to actually happen more frequently than it was before it got popularized by recognition in a national report.

Before clicking on this thread I thought "stealthing" would be like the knockout game except you sneak up on someone and stab them instead of punching them in the head.

My first thought went to that Jamie Foxx movie with the talking plane.

Well, it is a kind of stabbing.
