Interesting... I hadn't noticed. LOL!

Hotmail will still be free, but blocking junkmail will cost you.

Thank the gods I switched to Gmail a long time ago.

I didn't notice the date either. Somebody sent me this news story through email and I thought it was new.

That's funny.

So I might have to pay for my hotmail? **** that.

Edit: Didn't see the date.

2001? Nevermind.

(Disregarding the fact that they have been charging for it for years)

I get MSN Premium for free with my internet service, and I have to say, it is actually really good. Damn good junkmail blockers and protection and what not with the actual "@msn.com" email address.

It was a rumour that BBC never took off their site, and created mass hysteria among youngsters. It will never happen.

Gmail and all of Google's programs are the ****! Gtalk is such a sleek looking program with none of the useless bells and whistles that drag MSN down. I love it!

I find it useful but if they ever do want to charge. I would be one of the first to get rid of it. Glad it was just a prank.

They do charge for MSN Premium though to get the best features.

Mainly UK people use MSN. Do you know why they don't charge us?

It's because were all a bunch of moany tight bastards.

Technically this thread is spam. That 5 year old news item circulates in spam e-mails to spread FUD. Someone with nearly 30k posts and 3 years' experience (and who therefore should know better) dumps said link into a new thread.

Spam link in thread = spam thread.
