This might not be the most practical way for you to kick a hangover, but it works every time for me.
I work with the fire department on a beach, for the Ocean Rescue division. We have mandatory work outs every morning consisting of run-swims, just a run, just a swim, sprints, etc. It depends on how the director is feeling that day. But basically, a mile swim followed by a five mile run, completely kicks my hang over. I suppose just a dip in the ocean may work, but I find sweating it out is best. After one of those work outs, I feel great patrolling and or life guarding on the beach and can perform rescues, water and medical alike, hangover free.
