I don't even know why they are trying to argue it. The guy was a military mercenary that was helping kill people, blow up the capital building, and roast a woman alive. And the guy was trying to kill Batman. He deserved to die. What Batman did was justified. Tired of this ridiculous idea that Batman isn't allowed to kill at all. There are times when killing in self-defense of oneself and another is justified.
