What happened?
Oh. I was expecting another plummet happened. It got a positive RT score.
What happened?
Claims bias in a post full of bias about a movie one hasn't seen...It received 14 rotten reviews in 2 days dropping the RT score to 77%. Some people are taking issue with the films cynicism and its message. I guess they are either too foolish or willfully ignorant to understand that it's a film in which a villain is the protagonist. It's not going to have a positive message or a positive view of society. Others are griping that it's not a serious study of mental illness. Others are connecting the film to mass killings in America.
Long story short, a bunch of BS is being thrown at the film.

Also I feel like you missed out on a lot of the criticism of the movie. Namely that it is at it's best as a blatant ripoff of Scorsese.
Isn't that worse, as you haven't seen the movie?I didnt claim bias. I claimed they are being ignorant.
All films rip off other works . It's nothing new or even a bad thing if the film is well made.
I dont understand why so many seem incapable of understanding the RT score. No matter how many times they're told that it's not a chosen score.Man I died going into that thread a few days apart and seeing the opinion on Rotten Tomatoes somehow turn faster than it does with most of these movies. People in there are emailing the RT staff to haggle over the score. It's getting positive reviews. Take the win.
Falling asleep in a field of narcotics? How I know I'm going to feel clocking out Friday after working nine days in a row.
