When you know it’s only a matter of time before Disney starts remaking Pixar stuff in live action, but then the idea of David Harbour as Mr. Incredible and Jonathan Banks as Carl Fredricksen hits you out of nowhere

Here's what you're gonna do: You're gonna go to PIXAR's office, demand not only a live action Up movie with Jonathan Banks, but also demand a live action Cars movie with David Cronenberg directing. Ever seen Titane? it's more like that but with the Cars franchise. You'll demand Owen Wilson reprise as Lightning McQueen but as a human/car abomination and Larry the Cable Guy playing himself, no special effects needed. After you've been tasered by the PIXAR security you'll go back to your home and write this fanfic on the SuperheroHype forum.

You’ll watch A Bug’s Life filmed with that Cats technology and you’ll like it. :o

Seeing someone address the She-Hulk backlash by claiming no one ever had a word to say about Tobey Maguire dancing in Spider-Man 3

Like, yes, this new backlash is very dumb, but let’s not just start cooking up revisionist history here…

Seeing “Tom Sturridge gay” as a Twitter search option, only to discover that it’s people talking about a movie he did with Eddie Redmayne, and that he has a child with Sienna Miller

Hogwarts has the cursed Defense Against the Dark Arts teaching gig, Westeros has the cursed Hand of the King title, the real world has the cursed Head of DC Films/Shows position.

Christian Bale experiencing severe back pain from carrying the movie:

Watching it a second time I'm gonna have to walk back what I said about it being better than Multiverse of Madness. Love and Thunder is fun to watch on the first go but it gets more tiresome on a rewatch. It's a shame too because on paper I should have absolutely loved it. It's another Taika-directed Thor movie with Natalie Portman, Tessa Thompson, the Guardians of the Galaxy, Russell Crowe, Roy "He's here, he's there, he's everyf***ingwhere" Kent, Christian Bale as the villain and Guns N' Roses, one of my all-time favorite bands, all over the soundtrack. And yet I merely think it's okay. Disappointing.

Once I applied the "unreliable narrator" concept to it I was able to enjoy it more. A lot of the film's goofy elements, like Stormbreaker's jealousy, can be written off as Korg's embellishments or him not understandkng why something is happening, and the scene in the god's city is just Thor telling the kids a fun version of what happened so that they'll laugh and not be as frightened about their situation.

Bale really was the saving grace of the film. Everything to do with his character and the shadow creatures was great.

But if Taika returns for Thor 5 he has got to ease up with the dudebro Thor stuff. Thor comes across genuinely stupid in this film. Even when the film attempts to be serious for maybe 5 minutes Thor is still behaving like a dork or a fool.
