Am I nuts or did mini Chips Ahoy taste WAY better back in the day?

Famous Amos pulled that weird move a few years back when they had that fancy Belgian Chocolate Chip flavor or whatever it was but they've since came to their senses and brought back the original recipe.

I had a bag of mini Chips Ahoy recently though and it just wasn't as good as I remember. Though it could have been because I got the bigger resealable bag. Maybe they're better in the little individual ones?
