Thats because, like was said on Mythbusters, in the real event of something occuring, you can always hang the phone up, you can't get sober. But just going with straight drunk, and non-stop conversation, the differences in impared judgement were minimal.

*snorts* cellphones are dangerous while driving, I had too many near accidents due to idiots on the phones and go thru stop signs or red lights, last week this lady went past a red light while she was on cell phone and bloody near hit me
