I never realized how bizzare these animated things were. Watching this one now makes me think how ****ed up it was, and that the animators were possibly doing a bit of LSD.

It seems to be either an allegory for television or the dangers of strangers, though for the former it's a bit too ironic and for the latter the concept of temptation is a bit hard to convey over a children's show. Though- with all honesty- I can kind of see where the 'drug influence' comments are coming from. There are a few shorts from Sesame Street in particular I can remember that kind of creeped me out later on in life.
