World Eliminations 7 (round seven)

Thought I would start the next round of eliminations 7 if anyone is interested. If anyone would like to nominate more names for future rounds, please feel free to post them here....

The rules are the same as before, you take away one point from one name and add it to another until only one name remains. Anyone can play and consecutive votes are legal, but players must always wait 60 minutes in between votes to give other players a chance to play.

When you play, please quote the player who last played and then adjust for your move. When you are finished, please double check your score. Sometimes two players play at the same time and whoever came in last will have to adjust their score because of it. Enjoy.

I would like at this time to announce my retirement as Eliminations Games Master for the X forum. With the movie now being out and things slowing down, I don’t know how often I will be on. I’ve been running the games for a while now and while it’s been fun, lately I find the responsibility for setting up the new games a bit burdensome. I think it’s time for someone else to take over.

If I were to chose a successor, I would nominate Specter 313 mainly because it’s his lists we most frequently play, or Mr. J since he posts the most out of anyone. You guys of course, may chose amongst yourselves. . I will still be around some and will play happily the games that someone else sets up, but I no longer want the job for myself. I hope this doesn’t prove to be too troublesome, it’s not my intent to disrupt the games in any way. I also wish to emphatically state that my resignation has nothing whatsoever to do with the actions of anyone who has played in the games so that should not in the least bit be inferred by anyone.

Whoever takes up where I have left off should feel free to continue using the rules I have set up and can copy and paste whatever they like from my opening game posts. Or you guys can feel free to revise and change whatever of my rules you guys didn’t like. I would like to remind you that you should always post whatever rules you select at the beginning of each game so the new people don’t get confused the scores have to be frequently corrected.

So that’s it for me as Games Master. It’s been great, but like I said, it’s time for new management. Thanks bunches to all of you who have played.
