I'd like to add "V for Vendetta" and "Shawshank Redemption"

Tchaikovsky's "1812 Overture" played over the climax and The Rolling Stones' "Street Fighting Man" played over the credits literally gave me chills

And that scene where Andy plays Mozart's "Duettino - Sull'aria" from the Marriage of Figaro was just AMAZING. (Don't kid yourselves, I didn't know the exact name of that piece, I had to look for it on the IMDB )
