FBI Offers $10K Reward For Info on Missing Comic Artist Norman Lee

I might be missing something but why would they suspect anyone would have information about his disappearance or suggest they want a "conviction of those involved with his disappearance" when this looks like it was accidental…?

Maybe the FBI knows something we don't?

That's my opinion, yeah. The way that story was written seems a little disingenuous towards a reader, though. They play it off like it was just your average swimming accident, and then offer a reward for any information on people who may have been involved in his disappearance.

Something definitely up. You do not offer $10k for someone you suspect went on an unscheduled vacation and did not bother telling anyone where.
