Mutant or strange visitor from another planet?

Yes, people who do not have myostatin, which regulates muscle growth and protein synthesis, can have larger and stronger than normal muscles, also they will probably suffer a fatal heart attack by their twenties.

...they will probably suffer a fatal heart attack by their twenties.

The doc addressed that in the vid. Doctors used to hypothesize that since the heart is a muscle, this "disorder" might make the heart enlarged, which causes issues. Apparently, from the few years they've had to actually observe "sufferers" of this "disorder", there are no heart issues associated with this specific "disorder". It's a "disorder" with a lot of upside and, as currently determined, little downside (hence the use of "disorder" repeatedly, as it's really tough to see it as such).

Cool (the heart attack thing, not so cool).

God forbid he does something wrong and you have to beat his ass. The kid will kill your ass. :o

The images of him as a 3 year old are not that amazing.

Now they have to find a kid that lost his hair and shows signs of doing very well in business.

now this kid is going to be a lab rat for the scientists. this is why the kents did not want the public to know about clark! lol

this is pretty interesting . . . if it weren't on Fox News and their propensity to embelish facts, I would be downright mind-boggled . . . :o

I've heard one of the down sides to this is the fact that his growth is most likely going to be severely stunned, because of all the muscle mass not allowing him to gain any weight.

On the topic of real life X-Men: there's supposedly a kid in Asia that has eyes similar to a cat and can see in the dark.

I would hate to be the guy to calm this kid down when he gets his temper tantrums...yeesh!!

Wolverine!!!

I wonder if this kid will be qualified to participate in sports, or if his condition would be considered "cheating?"

the next step in human evolution is almost here.

Evolution is coming baby... give it a couple thousand years... this kid will go on to father hopefully 8-10 children... then they go on to father/mother as many... and off we go.

The mother of his children will have to be a member of the Master Race, though. Which, of course, means it's time to unleash the hidden offspring of Grace Jones and Dolph Lundgren.
