I really need to buy it on DVD. Shame it only lasted one season. Geeze, even Dark Angel had two.

Dark angel was good though.

just finished watching the entire freaks and geeks series
oh man what a show
the acting in it is excellent
the story lines were great too, it wasnt too preachy and the show didnt rely on cliches
i found the show very unpredictable which is rare these days

I know its kinda like they go their revenge after the shows got canned. it took some time but there famous now.

Yeah, it's funny, both Apatow's shows get cancelled within a season, then he becomes this huge Hollywood player. Both Freaks and Geeks and Undeclared could probably last as long as he wanted now.

I'm glad this show got canceled, because if it didn't, then who knows what we'd have now. Who knows where Rogen and Franco's careers would have been? Who knows if Apatow would have moved on to directing movies? Everything happens for a reason.

As for Gossip Girl, it isn't canceled because the president of The CW is so (stupidly) set on making The CW appeal to teenage girl demographic, that Gossip Girl will stay along with more teen dramas, 90210, One Tree Hill, and others. It's also the reason why they will drop WWE Smackdown (their highest rated show), because it does not appeal to the teenage female audience. That last line are true words from the president of The CW, by the way.

It's actually not a bad idea to cater a network to teen girls because they're a very advertiser friendly demographic. They've got lots of disposable income.

I remember watching the Dungeon's & Dragon's episode years and years ago and absolutely loved it. But that turned out to be the last episode and I never saw it on tv again and didn't even know what the show was. I then randomly saw a clip of F&G on youtube last year and bought the DVD set. Best buy ever.

I've always confused this show with Undeclared because they had so many of the same people in the cast including Rogen and Starr. Both of those shows were great and were cut short much too early by NBC and Fox.
