Freaks and Geeks

I must have been 14 around that time. my brother was probably a high school senior then too.

I just finished watching Freaks and Geeks and Undeclared (full seasons), Freaks was an amazing show and Undeclared seems like a step lower but still great.

Btw, the math teacher in F&G also appeared as ben stiller's buddy in Undeclared and the calculus teacher in Superbad

Oh and Lindsey is friggin hot... and sam weir is a *****e...

"oh, hi cindy"

I got about 12 eps into freaks and geeks and 9 eps into undeclared.

Leslie Mann is on the show as well, playing the teacher Martin Starr has a crush on.

Martin Starr was awesome in Freaks & Geeks.

I liked him in that episode of Undeclared. But he's great in this show too.

anyone know where they can get Undeclared on dvd for a decent price? same with Freaks and Geeks?

I know but shows that suck hard like Gossip Girl are still around after horrible first season ratings.

But Apatow and crew have got their revenge.

I'm glad this show got canceled, because if it didn't, then who knows what we'd have now. Who knows where Rogen and Franco's careers would have been? Who knows if Apatow would have moved on to directing movies? Everything happens for a reason.

As for Gossip Girl, it isn't canceled because the president of The CW is so (stupidly) set on making The CW appeal to teenage girl demographic, that Gossip Girl will stay along with more teen dramas, 90210, One Tree Hill, and others. It's also the reason why they will drop WWE Smackdown (their highest rated show), because it does not appeal to the teenage female audience. That last line are true words from the president of The CW, by the way.

Yeah, I guess you're right. Kinda like when Dark Angel got canned and how JA's career would have been different. Sometimes a canceled show can be the best thing for a actor/actress career.

i know the CW is stupid. I really haven't seen much for the guy type shows on CW. Like Supernatural(Best show i think they got.) Reaper)Which is behind Supernatural) and Smallville. It's like the woman doesn't care if a show gets good ratings . she just wants to be a younger version of lifetime.:hehe:

I hate lifetime. they depict men as rapist killers. :csad:

every guy hates lifetime. if they don't, then there's somethin wrong with 'em.

I hate lifetime too. Every movie is so depressing and man-hater-ish. Either that, or something so whimsically fanciful it's ridiculous and unrealistic.

Anyone else remember this show? It ran for one season on NBC I think it was. It starred alot of famous people now.

It had a Young Seth Rogen,James Franco, Jason Segal and a bunch of other people from Apatow produced movies.

It also had Linda Cardellini and Busy Phillips.

I remember seeing it back when it aired way back in 1999-2000. I think believe it was that long ago.

I'm watching some eps on youtube and its weird to see what guys like Franco,Rogen and Segal looked like and acted.

I saw it goes for about 45 dollars for the whole series. If i ever see it cheap and I have the money i'd get it in a heart beat.

Really? Because they look exactly the same to me. It's not that long ago.

I really need to buy it on DVD. Shame it only lasted one season. Geeze, even Dark Angel had two.
