Crappy, uninspired remake of the remake, instead of a straight up sequel they should have made.

All they had to do was change the chick vampire's name and drop Evil Ed, and BAM a straight sequel. But NOOOOOOOOO.

 

[KRYPTON INC.]

The sequel should have been Peter Vincent, revitalized from the first film, now traveling across the world hunting Vampires and using his stage show as a cover. Bring in some new characters as his supporting cast, like he's now accumulated a bunch of vampire victims to help him, both as his stagehands, assistants by day, and at night they go out looking for vamps to stake. David T. was the best part of the previous film. They could have had a good mid level series here. Not everything has to be a $250 million movie. OH well.
