To the thread, I don't think I've ever preordered... There's always a ton out on release so I'll just pick it up then.

Yeah, I pre-ordered it from Border's. Gonna have to wait till that Sunday to pick it up though, stupid friend getting married not only on Harry Potter day, but when Jimmy Buffett's in town too. Amaizng Spider-Man, I pre-ordered 'cause I get a 40% discount on the book that way.

Yeah, me too.

I've heard that you can pre-PAY at Wal-Mart, then you take in your receipt and pick up your book(s) at your convenience. No standing in line at midnight. I haven't yet gone to my local WM and asked about that.
