Have you read a book in the past year?

Does comic books/trade paperback count?

and yes read novels by the dozen or more a year

Books with no pictures?? Do they exist?

Most the books I read have no pictures in them. I have read many books this past year, including Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows. I actually read that one in about 12 hours! When it comes to books I love...... I DEVOUR THEM!

Have I read a book in the past week. Yes.
Have I read a book in the past day. Yes. Am I finished the book yet. NO.

Monster Island
Monster Nation
Monster Planet

Yeah... oh and mid-ish way through Battle Royale. The book not that manga.

Several. Not a lot, but a few. I don't count 'em.

All seven Harry Potter's, The Stand and Cell by Stephen King. Just starting a new book today.

I always read books, it's one of my passions, AND on top of all that, none of the books I've read this year have the words "Harry Potter" in the title.

for this year...Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows and I'm about to finish up The Zombie Survival Guide. I have World War Z waiting for me when I'm done.

Hell f**king yes I have. It's the same as breathing to me.

Yes, I read Make Love the Bruce Campbell Way among other books.

Yeah... oh and mid-ish way through Battle Royale. The book not that manga.

The original Battle Royale book? Nicely done
Reading that at the moment, too.

Yeah, it's awesome.

I'm 22 students remaining into the book.

Battle Royale is a helluva book. It's made my little list of "amazing first books by an author"

The others on that list are Fight Club by Palaniuk (or however his name is spelt) and Song of Kali by Dan Simmons.

I hope the author of Battle Royale will write another book. And it doesn't even have to be set in the Battle Royale world

^^^ Haha, I forgot you sign your posts for a second and was trying to figure out what book "jag" is.

What...about...the novelization of a comic book?

Are there that many out there? And are any of them decent? Other than the No Man's Land novelization by Greg Rucka which was great for what it was, I've only ever seen like 4 and they were all horrible.

And yeah, I've been busy getting ready for school but I finished the Historian the other day and I'm a third of the way through 'Salem's Lot. Up next is the Count of Monte Cristo or Dracula, depends on if I'm still on a vampire kick.
