Technically, the players are off the field when the cheerleaders come out. Cheerleaders only come out during timeouts.

That's a pretty horrible comparison, for one thing the Dallas Cowboys are at their job, not just hanging around an internet cafe. Also the cheerleaders aren't trying to "distract" the players.

Those football players are getting paid millions of dollars to play their game, and not be distracted. Also, the players are going home to very hot wives that they can be "distracted" by. If they aren't home to go to their wives, they often have groupies that can "distract" them. I'm sure a lot of the players are even going home with the cheerleaders after the game anyways.

Football players aren't a bunch of nerdy virgins sitting around playing CounterStrike.

And yes, katie, there is something wrong with the guy when CounterStrike gets chosen over hot women.

My analogy might not be perfect, but you've made the bold assumption that these guys are 1.) Straight 2.) Virgins without wives or girlfriends 3.) not as concerned with what they're doing because they aren't getting paid.

They are just strippers. I'd be a little annoyed having boobs in my face if I am watching something good on TV. Now if I were allowed grab or lick them that's a different story, but if I am only allowed to watch, then if I am preoccupied with something more important then I'd have to pass the strippers aside. These guys are pro-gamers to my understanding so its sort of their job is it not?

Women are better than video games, this is true. But I would rather stay at home than go and play video games than go see strippers. This guys are hardcore gamers way more into their games than I am and they'd probably much rather be playing video games than looking at strippers. Just looking, not pleasing themselves or making out or getting laid with strippers... just watching them.

By my estimation they're geeks which means they've probably seen plenty of Russian strippers anyway.
