Cloud was fast enough to deflect bullets although they weren't rapid fire shots.

Li mu bia could block the majority of all those attack at the end of crouching tiger which seemed to occur at a faster rate than gun shots.
so that's fairly even

they can both jump crazy

green destiny is a fair match for all the permutations and combinations of cloud's swords.

li mu bai is enlightened but i feel his abilities have never been truelly tested while cloud is used to hardcore combat
