Halle Berry is attached to star in Who Is Doris Payne, a Eunetta Boone-scripted fact-based film about an international jewel thief whose career spanned five decades, reports Variety.

The project is being developed by J2 partners Justin Berfield and Jason Felts.

J2 just wrapped An Invisible Sign of My Own, which stars Jessica Alba as a math whiz who withdraws from life after a mystery illness debilitates her father.

Sounds like the most interesting thing Halle has been attached to in a while, given it spans five decades I wonder if she'll be using some Button-esque aging effects.
