I too generally don't like narcs, but that guy deserved to get reported. I hate it when people are jerks more than I hate narcs. Its not like he was doing something that didn't hurt anyone and didn't concern anyone but him, he callously insulted JAL in an uncalled for manner and he could have really hurt the guy's feelings.
