Oh, then that makes me right.

Don't feel bad. If it makes you feel any better I never noticed the S in the superman symbol for a very long time.

Saw this posted at the Blu-Ray forums. I really look forward to the Extended Edition of OOTP.

anyone know of the NEW scenes on the extended edits? or are they just the deleted scenes put into the film?

I hope Alfonso Cuaron and David Yates add in the scenes that were shot for POA and OOTP, but none of the really pivotal ones emerged on the DVD. Like Harry waking up to seeing Sirius standing over him, McGonagall being shot by Stunning spells and Hagrid's escape, and of course that extended duel between Sirius and Bellatrix in OOTP.

If those EEs don't have any of those, I'm not buying.

yes, they are just deleted scenes put into the film

damn it...:cmad::cmad::cmad: all of them or just the 1st two?

 AGREED. if OOTP has the 90-second scene of trewlaney eating again as a extended scene...

Were those scenes actually shot? I'd have loved to have seen them in the film.

I think Mugglenet or Leaky has set pics taken of Maggie Smith (dressed as McGonagall) reading the Daily Prophet in a wheelchair, who was talking to Martin Bayford (Robbie Coltrane's body double) about Voldemort's return.

My guess is that Yates cut them because of pacing and story issues, but those two scenes were definitely shot.
