The truth is that we don't know who's perfect for this show because we don't know what the next story will be like. Woody and Matthew were absolutely perfect for THIS season, but that might not have been the case had they been playing different characters in a different setting.

I trust the showrunners to cast the right actors for next season. After all, they booked a killer cast this year.

The only good suggestion I saw was James Woods and someone else that I can't remember. James Woods is PERFECT for this show.

I hope that whatever actors they go with have an established relationship outside of the show. Mcconaughey/Harrelson's chemistry created so much credibility to the show from the first second because it was real.

Legitimate bromance/womance is required. That's all I really want. The rest can be Nic P going crazy bat **** Alan Moore wet dreams all over our faces.

I only caught up with the show and the finale recently. It was a good finale, although I'll have to do the obligatory because Breaking Bad is being used as some kind of standard for every damned show's finale now and it's tiring.

I liked this series although it started out very differently than what I was thinking. It was a lot more dark and serious but real. Not at all like the CSI' and Law & Order's we get but it is HBO so I should've known better.

They delved deep into that story and packed a lot into what was essentially an 8 hour movie.
