does any one remember Thundarr the barbarian? it was cartoon back in the 1980s!! it was kind of like he-man meets star wars! After a collision from space, the Earth is left in ruin. After thousands of years, a new civilization on Earth has grown up from the debris of the old. The Earth has become a lawless society infused with sorcery in which the ‘ancient ruins’ are our modern day cities. Heroic crusaders including Thundarr, the magical Princess Ariel, and beastly Ookla The Mok are attempting to restore order. it would make an awesome movie!! does any one remember thundarr the barbarian? who would you cast as thundarr the barbain?

I really loved that show, but it has had zero exposure since it's run. Whichever studio released it, I would expect that they would want to prep pop culture with a new show and perhaps a toy line first.
