Yes, I know I say this every time this topic comes us.

But I still see a DKR in green screen like 300 with Daniel Day Lewis or Viggo Mortensen. Maybe a few years after the third Nolan/Bale film if they choose to retire from the character.

I often wonder why everyone thinks in trologies...

Whenever I plot out ides for stories and such, I always take it one step farther just to make it so that there could be a part 4 that isnt from completely out of left field.

I say stick around as long as he can give us great movies.

 

I keep thinking 4 for this series myself. With Two Face the primary in the third film, I'd like to keep Joker locked up in Arkham with his escape as the cliff hangar. Then have number four be an all out final war featuring all of Nolan's rogues gallery - assuming more than just Joker, Scarecrow and Two Face enter the series.

 

and you forgot Mr Zsasz and...well...Falcone isnt really an issue any longer.
