you can download a software called web video downloader(or something like that). it allow you download videos form you tube, google video, etc.
it's how I download the teaser trailer and the comic-con trailer.

best thing to do (if you have windows and not a mac) is to go onto the ifilms spiderman 3 site, download the wmv trailer and then import it into windows movie maker and hey presto! you can make a trailer using that program...if you dont have it well.....*RUNS*
