How much $$ for your collection?

A man walks up to you and says:

"Man, I sure do love your action figure collection. It looks so cool the way you have it set up, and all the ones still in the packages are sweet. I want it. The whole thing. Everything. I'll pay you anything you want. Name your price. How much do you want for all your action figures?"

My wife asked me this when I was packing up all my stuff. You guys have seen it all. I think my lowest price would be $50,000.00 and I doubt anyone would pay that, unless Oprah likes Marvel Legends, but I wouldn't want to take any less than that.

So how much do you want for it?

action figures not pulling so much, few years ago a lot of mine were selling big bucks but now? Not so much. Some rare ones will go strong but others getting cheaper and cheaper

Yeah as soon as I get all my Thors back, no way in HEl will I sell them again. Ifaguy could afford what yo'reasking then I say go for it if you can replace them for the same as what it cost you to get them.

10-15K would be a fair amount for my collection. I could easily replace the collection with about half the and I could pocket the rest.

Sure, but you're talking real world. I'm talking "what if"....Donald Trump shows up and says "How much for everything you got?"

What would it take?

20K? 50K? 100K? a million? What do you think it's worth?

Sure what it's worth to you, and what someone is willing to pay for it are two very different things, I get that. And most hard core collectors say they wouldn't sell for anything....but you know EVERYONE has their price.

I mean, c'mon, some dude offers you a suitcase filled with $100,000.00 cash for all your Spider-Men, Batmen and Optimus Primes, and you're gonna turn him away?

I know I'd sell all my stuff for 100K.
